University Programs

Mindfulness, Flow, and Wellbeing for High-Performing Students

A campus program that helps students manage stress, sharpen focus, and lead with self-awareness.

The Framework

What is Awareness Intelligence™?

A practical framework that trains students to notice their thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships clearly — and then act in ways that support long-term wellbeing and performance.

It is not therapy or vague "positivity." It is concrete skills for focus, emotional regulation, and intentional decision-making that students can apply immediately.
